playing an FPS where there is no lag and you're completely dominating the entire time is awesome. Extra kudos if you get sweet sniping multikills or you take down the whole team singlehandedly.

getting a new game either on the day it comes out or at a midnight release thing and playing it until the sun goes down and up. You feel like you have accomplished absolutely nothing for the entire day, but you can't wipe that silly grin off your face when you finally go to bed.
