I finally got past the first two puzzles. I also realized today during chem class that the reason none of my answers were being accepted was because I kept using the "enter" key instead of clicking on the "submit" button. Turns out that I had gotten the answer for the first puzzle last night after all. >.>

And yeah, I told my chem teacher about this site, just because she's one of those funny ones who would find this interesting, and half a dozen of my classmates came up to her computer with us to fiddle our way through the puzzles. That's how I got to the third page. XD Funny thing was that we wasted half an hour on that site instead of having a lesson. It was great!

EDIT: And I can't read morse code, so I stuck the stuff into a translator, and I don't understand. >.>
