I don't think that Square Enix is weird at all. They are awesome, and yeah, doing this will ensure more Profit, so that they can get the tools required to make the Next set of FF Games, and to make them look much better, and to come up with new things. Profit is a key part to making better games. The more money you have, the better the games will be...most of the time. I cannot wait to play FFXIII and FF Versus XIII. Well Done Square Enix.
