That is a good question...
Hmmm... I think I do a bit of both to be honest. I don't go to expensive brand shops, but to average ones I suppose. And I pick the nicest of that selection.
But say for example there was a beautiful top at like... 30 pounds... and a mediocre one for 20 pounds.. I'd go for the beautiful. BUT. If there was a dream top at like 100 pounds, I wouldn't touch it. I can't justify that amount of money...
So I dabble in both areas. Ironically my favourite outfit I have now is from the budget sale section - but I look best in it. Cheap clothes suit me haha.
