The manga is ahead of the anime, so a change in the way that the story and the fights are presented in the show probably won't happen. Noriyuki Abe and Studio Pierrot are following the manga that Tite Kubo creates. Talk to him since many of the viewers are having problems with it.

You gotta cut him some slack though since Bleach is the reason why he is making a living and becoming popular. His previous creation, Zombiepowder, did not do as well as Bleach did. It is pretty difficult to come up with new ideas after so long, right? Instead of watching the entire the episode, just skip around and you'll get what happened.

>_<; If only somebody else animated the manga. Endure it just a bit longer. I don't think the anime will be done yet since there are a lot of things that haven't been covered yet like the Royal Guard or the King of Soul Society. *sighs* The series will most likely hit the 500s and not finish.

Neliel was pretty cool, but I would've expected her voice to be more mature than remain kiddish. Haha. xD
