I got an 8/10 without paper or pencil.

I made the same mistake as Sasquatch with the mattress question, where I forgot the first 10 minutes.

I also messed up on the tip question because I wasn't thinking what the proper amount would be, but rather what I would throw in if I was in the situation. We always throw in extra for tax and tip and then work it out after all the money is collected.
