Atomosophobia- Fear of atomic explosions
Well who wouldn't be afraid of nukes? Especially ones too close for comfort.

Bromidrosiphobia or Bromidrophobia- Fear of body smells.
Autodysomophobia- Fear of one that has a vile odor
I don't blame people. My friends have erupted some gnarly smells.

Hellenologophobia- Fear of Greek terms or complex scientific terminology.

Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia- Fear of the number 666.
Can you pronounce that? I can't. Such a complex name.

Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia- Fear of long words.
I'd hate to tell someone they were diagnosed with this.

Luiphobia- Fear of lues, syphillis.
Syphilophobia- Fear of syphilis.
A completely understandable fear. Who wants an STD?

Bolshephobia- Fear of Bolsheviks

Personally I'm very chiroptophobic (fear of bats). Like horribly.
