As what had Rasler mentioned, why would you kiss her dude? If you're not interested in her then you should've been honest about it. By you just kissing her, gave her the idea that you two might have a chance with each other.

If she didn't listen to you the first time, then be blunt about it. Not to the point where you sound like an ass but just tell her flat out. Have you kissed her or flirted with her more than once before? That could be the reason why she wants to be with you...
