I have been training fairly at a pretty slow pace. Though I have picked up some size and strength. My weight went from 150 to about 173lbs.
My lifts have increased:
Bench:200-240lbs
Squat: 240-300 (Gained a lot)
DL: 260- 320lbs.
Pretty good gains for about six months of weight training.
As for Sparring and such, I have been slacking. Though I do spar for practice here and there. My fight training will pick up intensity the closer it gets to summer because I plan on doing some amateur fights.
But for now I'm going to take it easy. *goes to get icecream*
