My three-year contract with the gym is about to expire, and I don't have the results to justify the expense. The main reason being, I found it too hard to get to the gym, due to time constraints and how far away it was. That's a little bit of excuse-making but DWI.

So I've been looking at workouts without weights, although I don't have any reputable websites to tell if what I'm learning about is actually beneficial. I imagine chin ups and press ups can't be bad things, though. Any tips for this?
