Hot dogs, sausages, brats, whatever you wanna call them. It's barbecue season. I'm curious as to what everyone else throws on their grill.
Personally, we keep it simple. Burgers, hot dogs and Italian sausages if we're feeling up to it. Our bbq's are usually more about the beer and less about the quality of food, although, I would like to try to make some slow cooked ribs and sear up a nice strip steak.
