Yeah yeah, I’m a bad person, I know. Blame college and a new job for taking up all of my time, and also that HOLY SHIT THIS WAS SO GOD DAMN HARD TO DO. Allow me to explain:
Ahem. Two members each received 6 nominations: che and Oceaneyes28. Two members received 5 nominations: Xana and Rocky, and a whole bunch of people received 4 nominations. So obviously, some cuts had to be made. So, after trying several different methods for cutting people, only to have them fail for one reason or another, I did the only thing I feel is reasonable. I cut as few people as possible from the normal awards, as I feel those are the awards people care most about. Instead, most of the cuts are from the bogus awards, because at the end of the day who really cares about my dumb little made up awards? So, if I had to cut you out of a category, as a consolation prize, you’ll be getting a SICK ASS HANDMADE BANNER MADE BY YOURS TRULY. Also, as a result of this, several bogus categories are cut down to two or three people in a category. Oh, and I added one nominee for “Most likely to be sexually harassed by che” because it was literally my favorite vote in the whole thread. See if you can guess which one it is.
I apologize if any of you take offense to my methods here, and I apologize for having this be a problem in the first place. The truth of the matter is, that in trying to make sure we weren't doing the awards in July, I rushed the awards out, and this is my fault. I should have seen this problem coming in the first place, and made an amendment in the rules limiting the number of times you can vote for anybody or something. That being said, the format of the awards will change for next year, and I already have an idea I think is pretty cool, I’ll just have to work out the kinks to it.
