You know what I would really, really like someone to do. Remake the FFVII+ games as SNES games. I really miss that style the old Final Fantasy games had. Something in the VI engine would be absolutely wonderful. To me, the whole 3D thing subtracts something that I really liked in the first 6 games. Sure, the 3D gets me immersed in the game more. I was incredibly impressed with some of VII's backgrounds, but seeing it all in 2D I think would make it more approachable, at least to me. I've heard of the VII nes thing, but I think you could do a lot more with an SNES emulator, really.
