I've been away for a while, and I've noticed some new changes since I've been back. I've looked around, but can't seem to find any thread containing the answers I seek.
First, what happened to the rep system and why?

Second, the pornography rule has been expanded to include NSFW content in general. Is linking to a video that has some NSFW dialogue disallowed? Dialogue is hardly the same as an offensive or pornographic picture or video. Let's say that I post an html link to an off-site video review. Said review has occasional gratuitous swearing. (Of course I would supply the appropriate warnings about the link's content to alert users to its NSFW dialogue.) Would this be treated as though it were pornographic under the new rule?
