It's not strange when everybody does it. That's the same reason why the option "I don't do that" isn't even in the poll. You must be pretty young since you don't even get the urges. It shouldn't scare the crap out of anyone. It's a totally natural and healthy part of human existence. And it doesn't hurt at all. It feels good, otherwise we wouldn't do it at all.
