I liked the guy stroking a cat. I don't know where he first came from, but he knows how it's done. I think he's from the Bond movie with ***** Galore, where he was going to set off a nuclear bomb in Fort Knox and radiate the contents. Even then, though, it doesn't matter.
His charisma really sets him apart. Not so much in terms of manipulation, but how he makes his entrances and exits. Like when he catches the superspy (Bond, I guess) and, despite any better judgement, tells him his diabolical plan. I mean, it was idiocy to even mention what he was up to, but him just being so cool easily disguises his flaws. That's the kind of villain I'd like to be.
Only without the blaring mistakes and voids in logic.
