    Hey... Just your helpful gravity control... ... anyway, I was just wondering if I could set up an RP? I know I'm just a new member but I've read the rules and had a really good think on a story to begin one.

    Go to the RP forum and do your thing. You don't need to start a topic about it in General Chat. Be sure to check out the RP OOC sub-forum. You should see it once you get into the RP forum.
