I'm Fabio, from Sicily (in Italy). Nice to meet you all!
I've been a HUGE fan of the FF series since 2004 (wow, a decade), my favorite being Final Fantasy IX. I played them all from 1 to 12, but was really disappointed after x-2, and was also never able to appreciate xii. Well, basically, I dropped the series as it's not being carried on by Sakaguchi anymore, but I still follow his other works (praying for new games ). Thus, I also love lost Odyssey (!), BLue Dragon and the Last Story (despite having been able to play only a small part of it).
You definitely need to play The Last Story! That game is so phenomenal.
If you like the old style and have access to a 3DS, check out Bravely Default. It's spectacular.

But since I'm too mean () to buy a wii, I tried it on an emulator. I reached the first true boss (a big big thingy, really cool) but then the frame rate dropped to like...2. And I couldn't play anymore Too bad.
But! I love the soundtrack, especially the main theme.

Buying a 3ds is on my todo list, so I'll definitely give Bravely Default a shot as soon as I can
