Annoying Tifa?

Me and my Boyfriend both love playing ff7 it is an awesome game. However my boyfriend despises the way Tifa is when her and Cloud fall into the lifestream. He complains how she talks to Cloud. I find it funny as he gets pissed off at the "cow" so that's his words what does anyone else think?

I didn't really like that scene either, but that's just because I don' think that they executed the "Tifa is helping Cloud come to terms with himself' thing.
