No. But you can buy them from the PS3 store, download them and put them on a PSP (providing you have a memory card large enough). If only you could just get a digital copy of games you already own for free that way, instead of going down an illegal route...
Don't try that. It's not wise.
The only thing you can sometimes install from a PSOne disc, if you're interested, are sound files from the game. I know it works with a few of the Tomb Raider games, but I'm sure other games have it too.

technically no you can not, you can skip the PS3 route and go straight to emulation if you have an older gen PSP and jailbreak it, but I'm afraid I can not go into great lengths of this discussion on this website for it is against the rules

I can agree there. I've been wanting to play Xenogears for ages now, but because of a nasty glitch, my PS3 won't play it. Plus, Square are being douchenozzles and won't upload it to the PSN store, so I'm screwed. PSN store is bullshit.

You weren't literally looking at it right then, eh? It's never been on the NA network store...
And technically, there's still no official announcement that they'll be released on the PSN, though the ESRB did rate them, citing SCEA as the publisher, which is pretty much "proof" in all sense of the word.
So, if the ESRB JUST rated it last week... how could it have been on the PSN before?
