Ninja Sutre Item - What Does It Do?

I acquired an item named "Ninja Sutre", which says it's an "Eblanese book" or something. When using the item on a character, it doesn't seem to do anything.

What in the heck does this thing do?

The only purpose the Ninja Sutras serve is taking the place of the Lustful Lali-Ho in the developer's room in the Dwarven Castle. It's only other real purpose is for comical purposes.

You can use it in aid to get an augment.

The screen will go dark and you will get a text if you use it in any other way then what I said above. Nothing special will come of it if you use it that way. All in all it is a dirty magazine there to get Edge's rocks off.

What was the augment?

I believe it was the reach augment. Not entirely sure though.

:edit: just double checked, it is for the reach augment.
