I've heard Godaddy.com mentioned to me. Does that just include the web address, or does that include space to store the site on as well?
I've never done this before so I'm looking for any help I can get.![]()

You can buy domain names as well as the webspace directly from GoDaddy.
They're reasonably priced and only twice in five years has my site ever gone down (and it was only for 5-10 minutes at that). If you're not looking to do anything top-of-the-line super-fancy that you'd need a kajillion terabytes of data transfer for, then GoDaddy should be able to serve your needs.

I thought about PMing you, but anyone else who might have future need for this might be interested.
How much does it cost? I've seen 10$/year for a domain. What does that mean? Webspace+domain, just domain? I'm guessing webspace costs more the more space you reserve, etc. Is there a place to look I can easily find these questions, or do you know the answers relatively well?

I'm lurking the boards and found this thread
If you need quick webspace, I can set you up on TFF's server. If you have a domain name, that will make it easier.
Shoot me an e-mail or PM if you are interested, would love to help a vet out!
I was also thinking of mentioning Fuzz for webspace.
You can just purchase the domain name itself from {{insert anywhere}} and then fork it over to Fuzz so he can hook you up with a sweet slice of server. Depending upon the name and extension (che.com, che.net, che.info, etc...) the price can range anywhere from $2-10/year, and rarely higher, though I have seen it.
