LURID Comments and Discussion

Taking a page out of Andromeda's book here, lol. This thread is for any comments or discussions of its sister thread, "LURID: The Story of a Girl who Doesn't Exist"

So anyone who wants to leave a critique, or opinion, or simply just wants to say how much they like or dislike the screenplay, go ahead and do it here to prevent too much clutter okee-day? :-) Thankies in advance and comment your hearts out! I need feedback!!!!

To any it may concern, I've edited the most recent scenes posted in the "LURID" thread. Text and lines were changed to improve the over all flow and vibe of how it plays out and ends. I'm very pleased with the result.

I do intend to read and comment on LURID eventually. Your story isn't being ignored.

It's just very, very long and I haven't read a screenplay since I was in school. I remember stuff like stage directions, but only barely.

Even though I don't really have anything to contribute comment-wise, I just wanted to drop a note. I've noticed people don't comment on works here very often, even just to say if they read and enjoyed it or not.

For fun, and also, for those of you who would like to know what Teagan looks like, in LURID, here's a link to a logo I made out of boredom :-)

I've always liked Jessica Stroup's eyes, and its how I envision them on Teagan. I really liked the running mascara on the image because it portrays Teagan in a state of sadness, which, if you've read the majority of the script thus far, you might say the image reflects her reaction to several things in the beginning, ie

The death of her family, destruction of her kingdom, etc.

I've been slacking on posting scenes. The reason for that is a lot of going back and forth between ideas of what should happen next. I've also come up with an awesome "history" for the tale in the last few weeks which will come into play toward the end maybe, but definitely in the sequel (yes, there's a sequel. In fact, it's a planned trilogy atm)

New scenes to come. Things are about to crazy hectic in Teagan's world. Think a cross between 300, Alan Wake, and Neverending Story... :-\ weird combo, but its my vision lol
