I buzzed my head!

I decided to make a thread title that was immediately interesting.

Anyways, I buzzed my head, and took pictures! It's for preparation for the NAVY, so it was a legitimate idea. I didn't know exactly where to place this thread, so hopefully this could be considered "Member Business".

You're making me proud Ruin. I've been rocking the buzz for a few years now, but not for the equally badass and admirable cause of serving our country. Props to you, brosef!

To answer your question, Che, yeah, I buzzed it myself. I grabbed my stepfather's buzzer, added the guard, and just ran it straight through my hair. We worked over it for maybe 45 minutes, making sure I got every inch. ^.^

Just to let everyone know, April 22nd is my Ship date. That's the day I leave for Basic Training. YEAH!

Ok I was going to close this thread (still might) because the basis of the thread could of been made as a post in the "post your picture" thread. But due to your second post in here Ruin I am going to leave it open because that is legitimant members buisness.

I also know that due to the fact you ship date is coming up, in the next couple months, that you will more then likely be less active. It is understandable.

So tell us the specifics of where you are going, or do you know the specifics yet?

What field are you going into?

How long is your enlistment?

Where are you going to be stationed after boot and AIT?

Thats all the questions I can think of for now and I know we have discussed some of them in the past.

Well, I do understand your reasoning for contemplating closing this thread. Lol, my bad!
Anyways, Ill do my best to answer your questions.
I will be going into the field of Nuke Tech, which involves working on nuclear power and going over different power systems.
I actually enlisted for a period of 8 years of active duty. Normally it is 6 years, but due to the high quality of my Enlisted Field, the requirement gas been raised.
I'll go to Great Lakes, Illinois for Basic Training, and Charleston, South Carolina for schooling. I'm going to be volunteering for Submarine Service, so after A-school I have no idea where Ill end up.
