What's the diffrence between FF VI advanced and FF IV? I just want to know cuz i have advanced.

You mean FF6 Advanced and FF6.
Absolutely nothing. Just the console it's on. Maybe a few different things, but overall, it's the same.

Just like FF6 in Final Fantasy Anthologies for the PS1, and FF3 for the SNES. All the same game except a few different changes/additions.

I wouldn't say so. The best comparison would be the amount of change that happened between the original Final Fantasy Tactics and the War of the Lions release in PSP.

First, the dialogue has been retranslated. Some Woolseyisms are lost, or mostly replaced. The dialogue is roughly a bit more serious, and some names were fixed or adapted to the general concepts of Final Fantasy.

As well, new dungeons, new weapons, new Espers and new spells were added.

The point is this: the version of Final Fantasy Anthology is a re-release, merely adapted to the setting (and simply adding a run button), while the FFVI Advance version is an updated or expanded re-release (which is mostly the case with FFT and FFT:WotL). I'd go with both since, while it's the same graphics and roughly the same sound, it has an updated dialogue and expanded options.

To compare, the DS versions of FF3 and FF4 are remakes, since there are too much updates and expansions, and the core elements of the system were almost entirely remade. Same thing with, say, Street Fighter II (the original), Street Fighter II Champion Edition/Turbo (expanded re-release), Street Fighter II on the anthologies (updated re-release of SFII/CE/Turbo), and Street Fighter II HD (remake)

There is a place called the Lunar ruins in the advanced version where you have to kill summons to advance through the cave. I think thats the only major change in the game.
