Do you think that there is a black waltz prototype that is hidden in one of the rooms that connected to that shaft with the spiral staircase leading down, accesible from the queens' bedroom located in Alexanderia?

I honestly have no idea what you are talking about. The Alexandria castle is the hardest place to orientate due to the symmetry and all, so you might want to explain what place you mean by explaining how close it is to e.g. the moogle, or the stairs where Zidane first bumps into Garnet.
If you're referring to the door that is locked in the beginning when you control Steiner, that door leads to a place you actually visit later in the game and I think there's even a Stelazzio in that place.
EDIT: I think I'm just the one being disoriented. I always forgot which way was which, with all the rooms on both sides.

Actually, I do remember there being a door that was either locked or out of reach during the part where you are trying to escape from Alexandria Castle, after rescuing an unconscious Dagger from Zorn and Thorn. Yeah, there was a door, but I doubt there's anything there. In one of the forests (I believe it was the Lost Forest,) there's a fountain where Zidane makes a peculiar comment, but there's nothing there either.

Hmm. I don't remember where Lost Forest is. I'll try and catch that one on the next playthrough.
I remember a locked door on the most eastern Island in Pokémon Ruby/Sapphie/Emerald. It was the same island where the rocket launching thing was, and there was a big rumour that the door had something to do with it, but up t this day no one knows why they put a door there if it's just locked...

There are always things like that in games. It may just have been a mistake in programming after all.

This is one of the things I love about FF games. They always (either by accident or on purpose) put in little things like that that may further the story for you. With things like this, stories can be retold completely differently depending on who you asked. There may very well be a Black Waltz prototype behind that door, or there might not be anything at all. We'll never know if we can't get in there, but it's always cool to speculate.
Well, if it's always, then i suppose that it is on purpose, and not by accident, right? Unless, that is, that they have rusty programming skills...
