In your BROWSER (Mine is IE) type aim:GoChat?RoomName=TFFChat, and it will automatically enter the room (if it isn't filled up, of course.)

...guys, it's not that hard. If you have AIM, open it. Then, send yourself a chat invitation to the room tffchat or, if you prefer, type aim:GoChat?RoomName=TFFChat into your browser... it's been said three times now. If you don't know what your browser is, maybe you shouldn't be on the internet.

(The browser is the window that the webpages come up in, for the record.)

I'm not really trying to rag on you, but.... Ummm, Congrats? You figured out the most linear ****ing thing on AIM, other than turning the ****ing thing on? There are two boxes. The name of the chat, and who you want to go to the chat. You don't even have to put in an actual name of someone to invite. You can pretty much just slap your **** onto the top of the keyboard until you get any random letters, and hit enter.

So congrats. You're a shoein for Yale, buddy. No, **** that. That's not even a good school, it's just a status symbol. MIT! They'll ****ing love you!

I tried getting on AIM for laughs as I've heard stories, couldn't manage to get into the rooms though. I am not wanting to debate but a javascript mIRC room would be great, people who are stupid could get on via here and those smart enough could use mIRC. And just use the same mods as on the forum. I dunno how to run java rooms otherwise I'd offer to do it.

I dunno, it is actually a good suggestion for the willing.. I just like AIM chat myself. It's the shit. It hasn't been quite as active recently due to events... but I'm expecting a big boom once more. Bitches.

The TFF Chatroom is very inactive whenever I take a look in there. However! The other day I say StrongBad and OceanEyes in there, although the latter person didn't say anything. I exchanged a few words with StrongBad about a member called K_K_K getting banned and then he left. Oh, I also saw Melanie being idle in there too. The other times I'd entered the chatroom there was no-one other than myself.

f*ck, not everybody has AIM, it would be much easier if they made a mIRC based room that you can also get on via Java, try this, in fact I might try it ... I just don't have a server to host it from.

Java chats are easy to set up, and I could do an extra page on my website just for TFF chat if anyone wants it. I have tried to use the AOL one and get the infamous "dead page" error. If anyoen wants me to set it up, let me know, I can add the mods here as mods there.
