Holy crap, Quistis!
I found this out by accident. My mouse hovered over a certain green icon on my user sidebar; this hovertext displayed. I have no idea what this icon really means to the forum world, but for me it represents an omen: never cross Quistis. I don't know how she did it, but in her months of inactivity she must have found a way to win whatever imaginary RP battle we were fighting. Quistis used some sort of blue-magic-limit-break-Jedi-mindtrick-voodoo to tell me she is victorious.
She schooled me. Her ever-present whip knows no bounds.
Lesson learned: Don't mess with Quistis.
