Things you find funny in FF games

What do you get a kick out of when you playthrough a Final Fantasy title? What makes that specific thing humorous to you when it happens?

Things I find funny in the FF series would be in the battle encounters. I find it funny when you equip stuff that enables you to absorb element spells and deliberately take advantage of the enemy to heal yourself when you lack restorative items or just feel like conserving them. Good examples of these are both the Earth Dragon fight in FFVI and the Grand Dragon fight in FFIX.

In FFVI, I decided one day to have all my characters equip the Gaia Gear before taking on the Earth Dragon and when my characters were low on HP, the dragon used a quake spell and that healed them right up. It made me laugh when it happened. As for the Grand Dragon fight, I used the Coral Ring on most of the characters I had it for in the battle and when the Grand Dragon attempted to use Thundaga on my party it simply healed them. It helped bring garnet back to full health.

The reason why I think its funny is mainly the reason you are taking advantage of the enemy at that moment.

The funniest thing is the fact that there is always this one boss in each game that causes me to rage

I find it funny when the enemy hits miss my characters. I'm all "Oh, man, I'll have to prepare a cure spell" then it misses and I'm left scratching my head.
