I am up to level 76 all characters in FF XII. I have been using Embroidered Tippetts often. However, they don't seem to work in Pharos? Is this just my imagination or does this really happen in the game? Any help would be great. Thank you

It's probably due to the fact that you have Reddas come along with you too. Usually exp is shared out between your three party members but when you have a guest join they get a portion of the the total exp too. So instead of each member getting a third of the exp they each get a quarter instead, even though the guest characters can't level up or otherwise benefit from gaining exp.
