For me after all the chores are done I like to log on here with a hot cup of coffee then go have a shower() crawl into bed watch some Infomercials maybe read 2 pages of a book until I fall asleep.

Infomercials were the best thing about my nightlife when i was 18-19. Then i lost the signal to the television satellite in my room and have been bitter ever since.

Aside from infomercials, just brush teeth and go to bed. I usually shower in the early afternoon so as to have guaranteed hot water before everyone else in my family uses it.

I'm usually working or with friends till late at night. By the time I get home I'm pretty tired, so I just take off my clothes and pass out on my bed.

After my shower I usually just go into bed and put on my tv with my ps3 attached with my hard drive full of tv shows, movies, anime, asian cinema and just put something on in the background whilst a play a bit of psp and then fall asleep with the tv on a timer.

I brush my teeth, wash my face, brush my hair, turn the fan on, get into bed and before I go to sleep I have to fluff my pillow because it's a b**ch. And in the summer time, I wash my feet before getting into bed. I usually have a shower early evening, but in summer I'll usually have another shower before bed. One of the perks of living in my own place I can shower whenever I want to!

...seriously though, usual routine, I take care of my hygiene, after that I go right to bed, but only if need to wake up early, otherwise I stay up some more and either watch a movie, play games, go through net for some cheap fun...really whatever I'm up to at that point.

I usually get off of work around 6 in the morning. I drive home, and drink a cup of chamomile tea to help me wind down. I get on my computer, and check TFF as I am doing at the moment. Listen to a little music. Pop a few melatonin then pass the f*ck out.

Open the ac firstly so when I get back I can find my room a little colder then I wash my face , brush my teeth , use the night cream , turn of the lights and read some spells and let my soul fly peacefully to the sky . If I didn't sleep I usually read something or play wih my Galaxy phone till I fall asleep . Sometimes we have a little chat me and my little sister coz we share the same room and we might joke or start solving some family problems but in darkness untill sleeping .

I generally dislike rituals. They're too conforming, for my tastes. But I do like to put on a mindless movie, like an MST or Rifftrax and then drift off to slumberland in the soft glow of the TV.

But I have several different other options as well. Warm milk with cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon sticks and nutmeg. An excellent recipe.

I can't stand falling asleep with the tv on I always have to turn it off before I go to sleep and if I do I usually randomly wake up at 3am to turn it off.

I can't fall asleep unless I have the t.v. or radio on. It has been that way for me since I was young. I had a gf that wouldn't let me keep it on while I slept cause it bothered her. Made it very difficult for me to sleep, but the things you must do for women.

I feed my dog, let him out one last time, brush teeth, wash face, apply toner and moisturizer (just got new ones from Pai..... so nice), put Bodhi Balm on my feet and shoulders (it's this stuff that instantly relaxes the area you put it on and I'm sort of obsessed), see if I need to start soaking nuts for nut milk in the morning (cashews and macadamias are my favorite), turn off all the lights, crate my dog, spray aromatherapy mist, fall asleep.

If boyfriend is staying over, there is usually sexytime somewhere in that bedtime routine unless he is already asleep by the time I get to bed. And in that case, it's wakeup routine.

All I do is give mine a scratch before I get them out of a morning, I am not sure about the creamy and delicious though and the nut milk only comes if the missus wants sexytime.

I don't really have a routine. I put the tv on, usually it's something from netflix on the 360, and I'm out relatively quickly. Other times, I'll read a book and that'll knock me out even quicker.

I work the graveyard shift, so I sleep in the morning when the sun's already up. Lame. It's just not nearly as comfortable as sleeping during a nice cool night.

But anyway, I come home from work, turn the TV on, get online and just chill for a couple hours. Then, I brush my teeth and climb into bed, err...couch, turn the fan on and go to town.

After nightly ablutions, I tend to hang out at TFF until I get so tired the words on the computer screen get fuzzy. Then I go to bed. Depending on the temperature and whether I leave my window open, I will either sleep over or under the covers. Lately, I will start under the covers, wake up in the middle of the night, and go back to sleep over the covers or on the couch in my room.

I get all the bathroom shizzle done, drink some water since I have a small dehydration problem and get into bed. Then ill usually realise theres some leftover water left in the end of Mr Floppy which really pisses me off when im trying to get to sleep, tell myself I should pee, get a drink, then pee again in future and then go back to bed and read until I pass out.

At school days I do my homework first and if gets late then I go to sleep. At weekends I watch SUPERNATURAL and after that I just listen to songs till I go to sleep.
