Obscure Games

If you are like me then you like games that nobody pays attention to. Yep, lost gems that never got the recognition that they deserved. But, we can revive them right here and now. So, share some of these games that you feel never got as big as they should have that you love.

As for me, I still play quite a few of them. The main series is Monster Rancher. There is something about raising and battling monsters that provides me with hours and years of fun. Following that is Jade Cocoon 2. The game was like Pokemon without the fun of holding a hand held system for hours at a time. Next is the Summoner series. The second one was the shit. However, the first one was a little slow but still a good RPG in my opinion. Finally, the XBOX 360 Star ship Trooper wanna be "Earth Defense Force 2017". It's a really awesome game that lets you battle hordes of gigantic ants, spiders, robots, etc. And I am sure that there a few more but those are the main games.

Psychonauts is the only game I could think of now, it received positive reviews and excellent scores but it was a huge failure as far as the sales goes. Not many people heard about this game, not here anyways, and few of those that did, didn't gave it a proper shoot. As for me, I love it, my favorite arcade/platform game. Love it's twisted world, brilliant yet funny story, great characters and excellent gameplay. I found about it reading my favorite gaming magazine, who hugely vouched for it, the best recommendation I could possibly get and the game I also recommend to every player eager of a great platform game.

-Shadow Hearts
-Tenchu
-Zone of the Enders
-Ehrgeiz
-Killer Instinct
-Bloody Roar
-Seven Blades
-Chaos Legion
-442 Soccer
-Syphon Filter

And also Crash Bandicoot and Need for Speed could've gotten bigger and without needless games after the PS1 versions which were awesome.
