Prom Night? Anyone Seen It?

I've been seeing the previews for this for quite some time now. And the more I see it and have been hearing about it, I actually wanna see it. It's already out in theaters over here. It was just released on Friday. But I'm not sure if I'll like it or not because it's not the kind of horror movies I usually like.

I'm the kind of horror fan that likes a suspense, psychological, gory horror movie and this movie seems like a B-rated teen horror movie.

For those who have seen it, is it good? Would it be a waste of money?

I was actually in the cinema when I initially saw the preview and it sent me into an absolute giggle frenzy. Teenybopper horror film -_-.

Even worse? It's a REMAKE of a teenybopper horror film. Also, that lead girl.. Can't act. Boo. I've read many reviews on it.. And all have just talked about the wooden acting and the horrid emulation of the original.

Maybe I'll rent it when it goes to DVD.

I've no interest in seeing it, I can't even watch bad horror films.

Wow, I never knew this one was a remade of the original one. That's what I might want to do to be honest. As I've said, based on yours' and Nova's opinions, it's not something I would want to burn a hole in my pocket with.

As for Snow's acting...she's hot at least.

Yeah I have heard mixed reviews about this movie, some good and some bad. I'm still on the fence about this one. I have seen the original years ago. I think Jamie Lee curtis starred in it. However, I may be wrong. It's been so long.

I had someone I know say it might be the worst movie ever. There's so little suspense only in a small amount of time and it's poorly done and the worst of all is they said you see little to no violence and there's just about 0 blood in it all. Maybe that's exagerated maybe not but for a horror rated PG13 it can't be good.

I saw it tonight, my date took me to it, let's just say that I'm glad I didn't have to pay for my ticket . I didn't think it was anything special, plus the ending kinda sucked and a lot of key characters died as well, which I thought was unneeded/dumb. My date thought the same thing though, so lets just say we didn't spend a whole lot of time paying deep attention to the movie eh eh bow chicka wow wow!!

Ive not heard of it, but it looks like most of u dnt think it that good so i mite not bova seeing it
