Just did a google search on "Limited edition Lightning (not lighting) PS3 for sale" and pulled up quite a few sites that are selling that style of PS3 with game included, Gamestop being one of the major pings.
Should be a fairly easy find to be honest. Might want to try using more definitive terms in your google searches.
Google is possibly one of the best things ever.
Type in "Lighting Edition FF 13" or "Cloud Black FF VII". As Meier said use definitive. Cause though it is good, Google can be a bitch at times. If you misspell, or use wording that isn't very good, it'll f*ck with you.
Also if that doesn't work I promise that a quick eBay, or Amazon search will be great.
