Yeah I know Griffith - not well enough to say I know it well but I know OF it. It's one of the main local unis, and there's a fair few! Yeah it's a nice area - not a lot of crime at all and the locals are really lovely people. I think forums are simple enough places and you're right, it's easy to sort the wheat from the chaff. Some are here to troll, and some are here to have a good time. I'd put myself in both categories haha, dependent on mood. But I'm never serious with it and those that know me well enough know that. Feel free to PM, I'd be interested to know who. Oh really? Haha it's a game simple to play and impossible to master. Really. I'm alright but I'd get wasted by real golfers! Oh her name is Priscilla. She doesn't come on anymore though, she's been off longer than I have and doesn't plan to come back. I never did either to be honest but c'est la vie!
The uni I want to attend is around there! Griffith University (if you've heard of it). I want to get a masters in Aviation Management. I can take courses online, but that's the uni I want my masters from. I've also heard good things about that area as a whole. I'd love to visit. Yes, I've noticed this forum is very family oriented. Although I never really got into the adpotion thing (I've been using forums since 2006) I have other ways of weeding out the good from the bad. Some people stick out more than others. But there's a big enough community for at least everyone to find a place. Sometimes there's drama (as usual. Can't get along with everyone. I've been the centre of some drama lately. I'll PM if you like). But the guys arealways there to support my side or back me up if I need it. I have no idea how to play golf. I'll be playing this year because I want to see how my hard work pays off. So far so good. *fingers crossed* Which TFFer was (is) it?
Aha! You should have been in the old days, there was a lot more activity and a lot more members, but there's a fair few of the core oldtimers here and yeah it can be fun sometimes. It's a more family friendly forum, there isn't a lot of conflict I suppose. Haha I do like golf but yeah, I'll stick to playing! Good luck with that though. Oh I moved to Brisbane in Queensland. It's a great city, but I live about 50km outside it in the rural outskirts (which is also nice) on a small farm.
TFF is quite the dating site, or as I've found. Although unintentially. These guys are absolutely fantastic nonetheless. I haven't found another community quite like this. Lol, I'll read it eventually. Most likely after my Golf Tournament is over. Its my baby. Its turning out quite well, but I've been stressing about it for over a month. If you ever get asked to organize a golf tournament, SAY NO!! So much work. Aussieland is a place I would like to go to eventually. Which part did you move to?
Indeed, and a great way to look at life too. Oh I don't do much these days. That's because I left my job to move from England to move to Australia! The reasons for which... long story haha.
