Yeah I've only played the more recent Tales games. So I never got experience the old ones.

Yeah, it's largely down to the individual. Not everyone is going to like the collection. But most RPG generally don't require it for playing the game, not to an extreme degree. Tales is pretty light overall unless you are going for the crazy stuff. You can generally get by without being too obsessive and still fully enjoy the game.

Yeah, there's quite a few twists and turns in the game's story. It makes for a pretty fun ride. The collection depends on the individual I would guess. I tend to be a completionist in RPGs, so get a weird sense of enjoyment from the collection. But there is a lot.

Making progress. Though when you do new game plus it can move along faster if you make use of the grade store to the fullest potential. That can make things a lot faster. But the others are good games as well.

I'll admit it's been more than a year since I played Tales of Xillia, but if I remember right you're only at best halfway through the game. There is still a ton of stuff after Fennmont. Not to mention there is a different segment depending on which main character you picked that will give you a different side of the story. That happens at a certain point after Fennmont. Both are important and really should be played because you only will heard second hand from the characters what happened. The stuff with Jude is actually pretty huge, but the same can be said about Millia as well.

And yea, the Meadow is intentionally higher level. The upper half comes off from a higher level area. So I'm guessing they made the whole area higher level as a result. But it is good place to grind early levels for the game. But yeah, it'll beat you down if you're not ready for it. It's sort like saying you're in the wrong area, considering that there are two ways to go. They're saying turn back and come here later.

I'll start reading right away! Thanks!

Well, Rene and Roni are two of Bart's ancestors, during Lacan's era that are based off of Sabin and Edgar. The latter two characters have the middle names of Rene and Roni respectively and the characters in Xenogears share traits with their FF VI counterparts.

The trouble with this idea is, for obvious reasons, the characters don't exactly match up or not at all with each other.

Are you trying to do some sort of fan-fic?
  8. Well, I've been working on getting customers for my small IT business, it's been picking up more than usual which is great and money is coming in more than usual. I have also been attending a connect group in my church known as The Gap, they are for people my age range up to people in their 40s so its a diverse group and I get along with everyone, we meet wednesday nights, sunday mornings, and sunday evenings and they are a pretty good group to be around and are very welcoming to anyone especially people who aren't believers. Other than that I've been gaming here and there, been playing some of the Ys titles, also been playing EarthBound, and some Ace Attorney on the side.

In other news, my parents are having their house renovated, they decided it was a good time to do it over christmas season lol, my family is silly like that, but I love them anyway. I am also working on saving up to get my own place, its a slow process but I know I'll get there eventually, I also plan to get my network+ certification this month if I can, I have most of the knowledge required for the quiz, but I still need to do some studying up for some parts of it that I need to sharpen my knowledge on.

Quite good. Work is pleasant. Party it up on the weekends. (Not the) Only thing to really do where I am living. In the middle of nowhere, without Courage the Cowardly dog and all the bizarre, supernatural events/ people from the show.

My room-mates and I have to figure out what we are doing for xmas/eve. Besides that, not so much. I went to NY for thanksgiving to visit some family there - good time.

What have you been up to lately?
  10. I've been well, yes i'm still down here. as for my method of cheating, i used gameshark for unlimited items and gave myself 255 in all stats haha.

    how are you doing?

How dare thee sir cheat to beat Final Fantasy VIII. Thou should be ashamed of thyself.

In what manner did thouest cheat?

Lol, hey there. How have you been? Are you still residing in Florida?
  12. Coming back to Memories of Celceta, it really opens up, just when you think the world map doesn't open any further, you end up in an even bigger area. I'm really enjoying this so far and I am currently at the town of Selray where you meet up with Ozma who is out to make sure you aren't doing anything bad. I am already recognizing some of the music that is in the Ys IV spin-offs (though I only played and beat the one for SNES). This one definitely beats the other two Ys IVs. Also, I found an exploit, those giant apes you encounter in the Forest of Dawn, I kept fighting the one next to where the stone inscription is and I leveled up pretty quickly. I went from 7 to 15 in a matter of minutes haha.

My favorite part of the game is collecting the memory orbs. I like the little tidbits they give off.

Which is why I'm glad I have my OLED now, because it's totally worth it for how it makes games look. Not sure about that though for the remote play. I know the PS3 picks up all sorts of things on the network. It's crazy like that, doing things that I never will use, but amazes nonetheless. So many unspoken features.
  14. View Conversation
Yeah, the remote play was one of the reasons I decided on the Vita. It's a great feature and done very well with the PS4. The PS3's a little more selective on what it works with for PS3 games, but all PSone games it works with no problems. And yeah, I've been tempted to get it for the Vita, but I got it for the PS3, at least for now. If it is on sale or something I might buy it for the Vita just to have it on the go. OLED screen on the Vita makes everything look amazing.

Congrats! There's a lot of great games on the Vita to try out. So you'll be busy if start sampling. I'm glad you're enjoying Celceta, it's a fun game, but has it's issues, which you can see in my review of the game.

The Legend of Legacy review by Sabin!

by SuperSabin on 12-20-2015 at 07:33 PM
I recently acquired this game as an early present, not only did I get the game, but I ended up with the collectors edition with the nice art book and a soundtrack cd that comes with 10 songs! Let me fill you in on this game whether or not you have played it.

The story is written by the person who wrote the story for Chrono Trigger. Artwork is done by the Mana art director. Character art has been done by the Romancing Saga art team, and the soundtrack is done by the composer for FFXIII.

Disney, disney, and more disney!

I haven't made a blog post in a really long time, how's it going everyone! Tonight I'm going to fill you in on the most recent event of my life which is going to Disney in the Orlando area. My friend bought season tickets which involves a primary pass and guest passes. My friend is obviously the primary pass holder and I have the guest pass.

Moving on, starting wednesday last week, my friend and I went to a winter themed mini-golf course in the disney area which required the pass,

I have a jorb...sort of!

by SuperSabin on 02-19-2014 at 07:04 PM
So after a good amount of job hunting, I managed to get into this place called Reliant Computers. Its a very teeny weensy little shop that sells computer stuff and they also offer computer repair, smartphone repair, tablet, printer, network troubleshooting, and network device repair as far as I know.

Where I stand in all this, I am basically trying out the business, a friend of mine who works there convinced the owner to allow me to come in and help out. The owner is currently out

Unexpected first christmas on 12/16/13

by SuperSabin on 12-17-2013 at 12:51 PM
The 16th was a decent day for me, volunteered at my former school. A lady came to the help desk later after getting her bill for her computer repair, and she had a problem with the internet browser having a hidden address bar. I fixed that for her and not much happened during my time at the school

(if you want to skip my story and get to the christmas part, feel free to do so. It will be at the bottom.)

After school I had my doctor appointment and that went nicely as
