Lol, uh... thank-you about the cute comment(?) Well I can be 18 and drink here so it's all good, lol. The only untrue bit about the "looking-mature-with-eyeliner" is that people still ask me for my ID. >_> I think it's to do with the "vertically-challenged" problem... I can sound mature... I do like most girls, get a little "high and giggly" on grog though. >_>
I dunno...dunno if you look cuter with or without eyeliner. All I can say is: you look mature with eyeliner, perhaps past legal age, but you look like a teenager without it. So now you know: if you wanna pass it nice and comfy drinking, you have to have eyeliner. No one will ask if you're 21...unless you speak?
