I mainly play Final Fantasy also, but sometimes I also play Grand Theft Auto, Metal Gear Solid, Tomb Raider, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, etc. I only have PS2 and XBox here at my house, so I don't know about linking up or anything. But with the Let's Play, other ones I've seen just post their progress and set certain rules. For example: in Final Fantasy X, the use of aeons wasn't allowed, advancing the sphere Grid wasn't allowed, you can't customize weapons, change party members, and other things. I was thinking maybe we could post our progress in the group, and maybe send a pic of the screen to show our stats or something. Which game would you like to start with? In Final Fantasy's, I have VIII and IX on PlayStation; X, X-2, XII, and Dirge of Cerberus on PS2, and I, II, and V on GBA. If you have any specific challenges or anything you want to add, I will wait until you reply to post it in the group for others to join.

Don't worry about it. It is better you know now, than when you have sent 20 VMs to people who don't even exist. Not only have I sent the VMs to people who don't exist, but I have sent actual invitations to 45 people who sign up on TFF, only to find out that they are just German businesses (most are teeth whitening companies or translation services). I won't cancel the invites because I still have the hope that there is a person behind the machine. Someone has to see of the machine is doing its work, right?

While I've got you, do you play any games other than Final Fantasy? And, I was thinking of doing a Let's Play in the Social Group (like the ones that are featured in TFF). We could have goals to meet, and other things. Tell me what you think. I am going to do a little research on it myself.

I know I didn't tell you this, but there is a big thing you should know. You will need to look at the profile before you write to them to join the group. Normally, when a profile does not have a Friends section on the right side of it, it means that the person is not allowed to join Social Groups. I have come across several of these since I started the Group. I would send them the VM, and then when I Invite them, I get a notice saying "This user is not allowed to join Social Groups".

Any thread you post in is automatically subscribed to by default, so If you reply to a thread you'll get an email message saying that someone replied to that thread/topic after you have. The notification is sent to whatever email you have set on TFF. Other than that, when ever you sign in, you can see all the post since you last visited by going to "New Post" at the top navigation bar.

Windows Live Messenger is pretty much the same. It's just instant messaging, so If you like you can download it and add me: [email protected] and when we have conversations I can add you in to meet other TFFsers.

Haha If you're having forum troubles you can ask for an adopter...or you can just ask me if you need help.

If you're having trouble making friends you can join our msn conversations. There's a good amount of us that use Windows Live Messenger. Me being one that's on it almost 24/7

It was the first one I played. The first FF usually sticks out the most. That could change when I play FFXIII.

I just checked the member list, and it says that you are already a member. So maybe you accepted the invitation without knowing. As for where (for future reference), I honestly don't know. I have only given out invitations, I never had the opportunity to accept any. I am really glad that you joined. If you need help with anything (the group, the forum, anything) just post a question in the group, or you can always ask me here.

Another way to get help quickly is to sign up with TFF Adoption Agency. Nine members are current adoptees, and if we can't help you with what you need by asking our adopters, having your own personal adopter is bound to help.
