I'm not going to give more titles cause you'll probably not want to listen to punk songs for half an hour. And I don't really like the Sex Pistols so I'm not including any of them. Just 'cause.

The punk bands had a major influence on rock music. Just like The Beatles. The chords, the rythms, the DIY attitude.

It might sound like 'simple' music, which it basicly is, but it was new back then. Nowadays, there's just so much music that doesn't do anything new.

Such a shame.

I hate it when people say things like 'but The Beatles were melodic, beautiful sounding songs too, why don't you like my emo crap?'

And I actually noticed a spelling error in that thread you linked me to.

I'll check those songs out somewhere today or tomorrow, but I'm currently in this punk craze. The Ramones and The Clash mainly. I never liked the 'cool' Sex Pistols. And Iggy of course, the godfather of Punk.

I finished the Grapes of Wrath. The book itself was excellent, while the ending was singularly the most beautiful and the most disgusting thing I have read in a very long time, perhaps ever. Everything was so broken at the end; Rose of Sharon lost her dignity, but she kept her humanity alive. They all did. What an achievement.

I wish I learned how to play the violin! I hear that if you can play either the piano or the violin, then learning how to play other intruments would be a breeze.

I did choir, band, and acting.

Choir was a one time thing for me. I did it when I was a freshmen in high school. I think it's cool that you were picked to be in an honor choir. You must have a natural gift for singing. I sure don't lol. I was in band from 5th grade to 8th grade, but I quit because when you are a freshmen band student, you automatically got into marching band. Marching band class started at 7 in the morning. I was NOT about to do that anytime soon, so I quit. I got into competitive speech my senior year, and I got to be in some plays. It was alright, but I never had a passion for acting. It was a neat experience, though.

The only thing that I still persued after high school was my art. I took classes in graphic design, computer-aided drafting and design, and figure drawing while I was in college.

Well of course! the game has 3 bosses yet... but its not very much to worry! I'll release it when im done with an boss more...

I like listening to all types. Sorry for the lame answer, but I keep a pretty open mind when it comes to music, and it's hard to pick a favorite. I will say that the Deadmau5 song that you suggested was the first I've heard in the progressive house music style. I'll check out some more soon.

You play any musical intruments? I ask because if you've been interested in music since you were a child, I bet you would be pretty musically inclined.
