You may notice that in several pictures I am bundled up in covers. It's winter, and heating costs would make my power bill too expensive. My three-room apartment's climate control consists of a single window-mounted air conditioner which is positioned for maximum ineffectiveness (Straight down a hallway into the bathroom rather than either of the living areas).
