Why exactly would you hate English just because you hate Portuguese? o.o I didn't really get that..?!

I'm going to (annoy children with) teach Mathematics and English. :> I know, that's a weird combination of subject rarely anyone teaches, but I think both subjects are a lot of fun. ^^ (Except for linguistics... English linguistics is NO fun. Definitely not. Though it makes sense all the way through... <<)
