I dono what to say for exdeath, with Chaos you need to interrupt and break his attachs, not just counter them
For dodging divine punishment, you need to stand still during the fireworks part, and right before the little spikey thing pops and hits you, dodge. He'll miss entirely and be wide open to a direct attack as he's dropping the sword where you should've been

If you're still having problems with him, that is. If so, what character are you utilizing, level, accesories, etc. and how does Chaos "getcha" each time?

And as a gift I can help you beat lvl 120 chaos!!! (I read vms cos I'ma nosey loser lol)
