I have a kinda strange question for ya but I'm too curious not to ask. What's it like in your neck of the world? I've moved a lot of times in my life, lived in four different states but I've never left the borders. One day I will travel the world but for now I like asking about worlds different from my own.
well, about the injury, I'm mostly okay. That injury healed after surgery but other injuries have followed. I don't think there is a skating rink anywhere near where I live and there are a lot of places here in town you can't skate or board. It's kind of a kill joy, this small town MO. But I will learn one day, it's on my list Have you ever heard the phrase "I can trip on thin air?" lol that's me! I haven't done it in a while but a relapse is always possible. It's funny. Everyone I went to school with will always see me as the klutz on crutches that couldn't wear anything but flats without falling over. Now they run into me and I'm not on crutches and wearing heels. I must say, that jaw dropping look is quite refreshing lol.
That sucks about your injury but at least your allgood now. Skating is great fun although people say that its hard to pick up if you've been iceskating before but i have and it only took me about 20 minutes to get the hang of it. I've only fallen a few times which is quite something for me as i often fall over while standing still and thats without skates on.
ooh rollerskating, that's something I wanna learn how to do. Sadly, I don't know how yet cause I've spent a lot, a lot alot, of time on crutches. But that injury has healed so rollerskating is definitly something I wanna learn to do. I went ice skating once and did pretty good. My friend and I went around the rink 12 times and I only fell six of those 'rounds. For me, that's an improvement. Lol I'm such a klutz.
I love storms too! To be honest lol things arnt much different over here we're in autumn now so its sunny one moment and raining the next. Im off rollerskating tonight with a few friends, i got new skates the other day so im keen to try them out
lol things are dull and boring just like small town Missouri always is but some storms are coming so I'm hopeful. I'm strange but I love storms. How are things in your neck of the woods?
