Sometimes, less IS more. I think it looks fine the way it is. Great cutout and interesting design of the overall banner. Great use of a monochromatic color scheme. LOVE the reflective effect at the bottom, and nice captures of the many faces of Hope.

I wouldn't add anything else, for you would run the risk of it being too busy.

The way I look at it, if you can't think of anything else to add to a work, then you're done. Don't try to force it.
