Yeah it is a habit I have needed to quit for many years now, specially with the kiddos running around but I am a huge beer fan and a smoke to me goes hand in hand haha.

The one and only real way to relax, the only thing missing in that picture is a smoke (which I probably had just finished or was just about to start haha. )
