Ooh, (haha, "ooh" xD), interesting setting! I haven't played that, either, but I LOVE the Star Ocean series. Also, Valkyrie Profile series, Eternal Sonata, Infinite Undiscovery, et cetera.

I think they're Japanese or something? =( The Hack series? I've DEFINITELY heard of them, and they look fun~ But I haven't had a chance to play one yet, sadly. =3

I would have used GIMP, but I found out that my sister had the disc for Photoshop 7.0, so I took that. GIMP is at par with Photoshop, though; you just need to work more. Naw, I don't role-play, unfortunately. =(
