To be perfectly honest? I like the text, I like the background. But the text, for me... Clashes with the background. *shrug*

It needs a border, and it's rather large. I think you should add a border to the text, and maybe a different font? The purpley-swirls in the background are kinda cool. 6/10.

Made a new sig. Didn't use photoshop this time (in my PC) so my options were limited. I just used PhotoPlus.
I certainly like it, not to hip on the whole evil bad guys thing reminds me of the BoD, and it could have more of an arranged feeling to it. Over all the main sig is beautifuly done with a great border and yes the evil bad guys logo looks great too, so I will give you a 9/10
