I hate it. It looks hand-drawn, and badly so, at that. The colors are NOT saturated. There is absolutely no detail. One can easily see the pencil marks from the mere attempt to color it.

Despise.

As for your eyes... Try different colors of eyeliner. And you could try an almost flowery vine-ish design with thorns that sort of wraps around your eye...?
