Don't double post. Its against the rules. At the very least, you could have edited your previous post to put in more detail. Somewhere at the bottom of your post should be a edit button. You can click that and edit your post, or either delete it.
As for name changing, you used to be able to go to this VB Plaza area of some sort to change your name, font type of your name, and see the names of all the anonymous people, but thats gone now, soon to be replaced with the E-store, or I-store? I forgot. So for now, you just ask if you can get your name changed in this topic by posting in it, saying something like "Can you please change my name to [Insert name here]?". A Assistant Admin or Admin will change your name then. But it can't happen immediately, because unfortunately, Admins aren't online for 24 hours a day, they have lives too, you know :P.

Well, first of all you didn't even state on what you need help at and secondly for vivi, I think they currently change it for you until the name changing uh.. thing is avalible.
