Hey, we're back with the 4th Issue. I'm sorry for the delay, but I had some personal and work related issues that came up with month. I won't go into details, so if you want to know ask me directly. I'm really hoping to get the next issue out in a more reasonable time.

Anyway, here it is. If you enjoyed articles please let the team know in whatever way you wish. They are sticking through this all, in spite of the difficulties that I'm bring to the table.
